Then connect a 12v lead to the new pump. (safer to run toggle of some sort), Then connect negative batter or negative lead.

Make sure bucket you are using has a towel or somthing at the bottom so it doesn't splash everywhere and needless to say but make sure this is WELL far enough away from the arcing electrical connection

NO, This picture is not photoshopped. It took many times to take this picture. Setting up the timer, shutter speed etc, then jumping on my bike and getting the tire to spin.
